Videoconference permanent locations where we offer ISDN or Internet:

Ed Center, Room 211, Conference Room (max. 10 people)
Ed Center, Room 208, TV Studio
JC Long, Room 219, Computer Classroom*For Internet (IP) videoconferencing, we have a mobile unit we utilize where an Internet connection is available.
*Before ordering a videoconference in these locations, you will need to check with the registrar’s office (3-5668) to see if these rooms are available at the desired date and time.
When those rooms are booked and you need to reserve the conference room, or TV studio, please call 953-8171.
The minimum advance request for a videoconference is five (5) business days. An IDT is to accompany a completed Videoconferencing Request Form and be submitted to
Media + Communications, Education Center, Room 227. We will inform you of a date and time for a test run and if any further charges apply.Please call 953-8170 for more information.
